my beta at 13dp5dt was 197 and at 15dp5dt was 479 - and i WAS pregnant with twins although only one developed into a baby by my six week sono!!
honestly - with your numbers - could it be !!!! how many did you transfer???
do you know your progesterone # too? that's also known to be telling for multiples - even if you are on PIO.

as far as nervousness - for me it got a little easier every week that went by... im 19w today.. (and believe me i feel like it may be bittersweet for you to read this since you got your BFP last time a day before I got mine). at around 15w i started relaxing A LITTLE as far as m/c goes... i still get very nervous a lot since i dont really feel the baby and i never had bad symptoms.. but my belly is getting big and so far everything has been completely normal . i have my level 2 on wednesday and with each appt and milestone i just for a clean bill of health for . i wont say it gets easier cause i dont believe it does - it just changes into other nervousness and worry. i promise you though - you are NOT hurting your baby!! there are people who have been through a lot less who are a lot more worried - I PROMISE!! and they go home with healthy babies!

Congratulations!!!!

My beta #'s were very much like yours: 13 dpo I was 281, and 15 dpo I was 725. I'm only having one - there was only ever one sac there, and for my IUI we only had one follie. Although, I freaked out a little when I went on sites telling you what "typical" betas are and my numbers were literally 5 times higher than the average beta for triplets!

I wanted to add that I'm pretty sure my numbers were so high because I had an early implanter. I followed my temps on ff and saw an implantation dip and then a second rise in temps on day 5 or 6 past IUI. That's early! So the embryo was days older than a typical 13 dpo embryo. And since then, the baby has always measured a little bit ahead (in size). DH and I call it our little Overachiever.

I forgot exactly but I think my progesterone was 120ish? I didn't pay attention, i was so focused on the hcg ha....i transferred 3.
Did you have any spotting?

OMG what fan-tabulous news!! So happy for you!! Here's to a VERY happy and HEALTHY 9 months!! The worrying will never end, but it will get less, that's all I can tell ya!

There were many reasons why we decided to put three back, how long we were trying and how many times IVF failed us, immune issues, and most importantly our embies were not so hot this time around.
Quick background:
1/15/11 = ER 17 eggs, 11 mature, 11 fertilized
On Day 3 we only had one perfect 8 cell grade. One arrested, the rest were grade 2 and 3. (2 being ok, 3 being not ok)
1/20/11 = ET (3) all blast, 1 great looking and 3 so so embies

We have 3 on ice.

I had very tiny brown spotting twice, TMI but it was about the size of a quarter both times and was NOT red. Dr. T didn't seem too concerned, but I have been a wreck, and there is nothing I can do

With my first pregnancy we originally had twins and my beta at 14dpo was 201 so I would say twins is a definitely possibility (although there are plenty of people with high betas that only have a singleton). And we had 2 losses before this pregnancy and it's been really really hard to relax and enjoy it, but I tried to look at all the positives (like your betas are nice and high and doubled perfectly). It's not easy, but hopefully everything will work out great

329 12dp5dt (17DPO)
2,982 19dp5dt (5 weeks pregnant)
16,752 26dp5dt (6 weeks pregnant)
42,794 33dp4dt (7 weeks pregnant)
