If Your DC Takes Only One Nap
What time is that nap? We have been doing 11, but then she hasn't had lunch and wakes up early bc she is hungry. She goes to bed at 5-5:30 every night (her choice not mine)

We are sort of similiar. DS is 18 months and only takes one map. Has been for a while.
He has breakfast around 8am then I give him a snack around 10ish. Depending if we're out or not. Banana, cereal, any fruits and maybe a cracker along with water or watered juice.
He takes a nap at 11am then usually gets up around 1:30. I wake him at 2 if he's still sleeping (unless he went in late or not feeling well). He gets lunch right away then dinner at around 5 - 5:30ish. Bathing is at 6 and usually in bed to go to sleep around 6:30. Both my boys are early sleepers. Their choice and I'm fine with it.

She's 13 months. There was no transition at all, one day she was going down on schedule, the next day, and the day after and the day after she just refuses, and spends the time pacing like a rooster in her crib

DS takes a nap from 12 - 2...ugh it is the worst time, smack in the middle of the day! so hard to make plans on the weekend.

my DS is a little older ( 26 months) but he takes one nap a day. his typical schedule is:
8:30 AM wake up
10:30 AM- snack
12:30 PM lunch
1/1:30 down for nap
3:30/4 up from nap
snack as soon as he wakes up
6PM dinner
8:30/9 bedtime
he goes to bed a little bit later than a lot of other kids--- but we're usually up until 11:30 anyway, so we still have a couple hours ot TV to ourselves at night

My DS is 12 months and he usually only naps once. soemwhere between 12-2. it can push to 12-230 but is generally mid day.
there are some mornings where he is jsut exhausted and will take a cat nap.

DD is 18 months and dropped to one nap around a year. She gets breakfast around 8, sometimes a snack a little bit later (she's not big on breakfast), lunch at 11, nap from 12-2 or so, snack when she wakes, dinner at 5, bed at 7. Daycare got her on the schedule.

If she goes to bed at 5 or 5:30 what time does she get up?

My DD is 22 months and has had this schedule since she was 18 months. She gets up between 7-8am, breakfast between 8:30-9am, snack around 11am, lunch between 12:30-1pm, nap from 1ish-3ish, snack when she wakes up from nap, dinner between 6-6:30pm, bedtime at 9pm.

If she goes to bed at 5 or 5:30 what time does she get up?

My DD is 18 months and she goes to bed early too, between 6:00-6:30pm. She takes one nap but it is usually only an hour or less. Nap is around 1:30 .

DD is 15m. She naps from roughly 1-4.
Up at about 8am.
Down at about 8:30pm.

She wakes up between 6:00 and 6:30. My husband works in the city and is on the train by 7:30 am and doesn't get home until 9pm, so the morning is the only time she sees her daddy. Because of that, her waking up at 6 works for us.

My DS is 22 months, and wakes up at 6am, eats breakfast at 6:30am, snaks throughout the day, nap around 2pm (only 1 hour, if that!) and goes to bed between 8:30-9pm. He doesn't like to sleep

He goes to bed at 8 and wakes up between 7 am and 8 am.

we have exactly the same schedule for my 16 month old, except he doesn't get a snack at 1030 unless he had a light breakfast.

25m twins. They'll nap anywhere from 12:30-2:30 or 1-3 depending on what time they woke up in the morning. I cut it off after 2 hrs unless theyre sick otherwise they never go to sleep at night.

Wow, my DD is really an outlier here. She gets up at about 6:30 and is down for her nap before 10 AM. She'll sleep until 12:30 or so, (2 and a half hours) and then just be up from 12:30 until bedtime at 8 PM. Sometimes if we're home and bored I'll put her down for a 2nd nap at 4:30 (she loves naps!) but she can live without it.
