If you ever lost your engagement ring... Update - I found it!!!
would you want a new one?
Update: Ladies - I found it!!! We tore apart my apartment today, checked through garbage, couches, dog stuff, everything - after over 12 hrs of looking for it - I just found it in the sleeve of a shirt that was away in a drawer - was pulling everything out of the drawer and I saw it fly!! No idea how it got there!
Guys - thank you so so much for your prayers!! I have learned my lesson that the second I take it off - it goes in the jewelry box!!

It's insured - but I'm hearing that insurance doesn't pay for it being lost - it literally disappeared into thin air - i'm going to have another panic attack

This happened to me once......I just waited a few days after ripping my house apart and then found them in my husband's underware drawer!
I also prayed to St. Anthony and St. Clare (for clarity)

It's absolutely gorgeous. If it disappeared into thin air, is it possible that it was stolen? (just thinking in terms of homeowner's insurance and scheduled items)
To answer the question, I would probably get a new one.

It makes no sense to me - it completely disappeared into thin air - it makes me think that someone took it, but nothing else was taken, not my eternity band, nothing.

I'm so sorry about your ring! If you last had it in your house and didn't leave at all, it has to be there someplace. Was anyone in your home, like a repair person or anything?
Let's keep hoping it turns up soon.
In my family, we pray to St. Anthony if something is lost.
And, yes, I'd want a new ring if mine were lost.

When was the last time you remember seeing it?
My sister lost hers a few years ago.... got the insurance, got a new ring.. then a year later my BIL found it while CLEANING OUT THEIR GUTTER!!!!  Turns out my sister was playing water volleyball in the pool and it must have flung off her finger into the air, into the gutter!!! You will find it, don't worry.. it may take a few days, but I'm sure it will turn up!

See, it's weird - I haven't worn it in over a week - I got a fakey new band which I loved and had been wearing that lately by itself, so I wasn't wearing my e ring and wedding band every day - wanted to keep them from getting all the wear and tear - so I haven't worn my e ring in at least a week - but noticed it last night when I went to put it on.
