If I'm taking pre-natal vitamins...
Should I still also be taking a multivitamin? I know it won't hurt me, but I figure why take both if I don't have to.

I don't think so. I think your pre natal is your multi - just with extra folic acid and maybe a few other things. I take a pre natal and a DHA supplement.
