Anyone's DH taking special vitamins or supplements???
I was just wondering if anyone's DH is taking a vitamin or supplement that you feel has helped male fertility? TIA

DH takes a regular multi-vitamin daily & his counts were great at the last IUI. i remember seeing certain vitamuns in a multi help with sperm & motility.

My DH has always taken a multivitamin and started taking a folic acid supplement since it's good for your cardiac health, but I have since learned that taking a folic acid supplement can help sperm!
Just wanted to point out that any supplements or changes your DH makes will take 2-3 months to show in his sperm count/motility/etc.
