Abigail's christening is at 1:30 and her party is starting at 3:30pm.

I figured an hour for the christening and then pictures and travel time....

Our church was 230 and the rest was at 400. Depends on how far the rest is from the church.

Re: If christening is at 2pm what time should party be?

I just called my church to find out how long the ceremony was, she said about an hour... When I did my oldests dds baptism I did 4-7 at restaurant. I think im going to do same this time even tho bbq. I figure this way I have time to take pictures after ceremony and get things ready before guests arrive.
