I was in the hospital again....**UPDATE**
I had another gall stone attack on the way to work yesterday and then an even worse one after that 
I knew something wasn't right, so I went to the hospital yesterday afternoon. They admitted me and ran a bunch of tests. I had an abdominal sono and a sono of the baby. Apparently, I passed a gall stone whicch is what caused the amount of pain I was in.
Thankfully  the baby is just fine, it's "me" I have to worry about.
Well, I am home now, feeling better and on a HUGELY restricted diet.
Ladies, please watch what you eat and stay away from the fatty stuff. I don't want anyone going through what I went through 
**UPDATE**
Well, after I got home and wrote this post, I wound up having ANOTHER attack on Thursday night. I cried my eyes out when it happened because we were supposed to leave for Disney Saturday (today) and I knew that my vacation plans were over
So, back into the hospital Thursday night and the attack was sooooo bad . They gave me Demerol for the pain and I slept it off. They gave me another sono and more blood tests.
In the end, everything looks better today. I have had a few solid meals (man, was I hungry!) and everything has stayed down. Apparently the last attack was not "what" I ate, just the fact that I ate anything.
The stone(s) were stuck in my ducts which made the pain so intense. Not to mention the 11 times in total it took them to poke me for an IV  . Oh yeah, and not to mention that the IV infiltrated my arm and now my arm is killing me and so puffy!
I am guaranteed to have my gall bladder out after the baby is born. There is nothing I can do to avoid another attack so please just send good vibes my way that I can hold this off until after DS is born.

Sorry!!! I know how you feel... I had my gall bladder out when DD was 10 months old. Just try to follow the diet, and then if it is still acting up after the baby is born, get it removed. It was no big deal at all, I was soooo glad to get rid of mine.

I am so sorry! I had my gall bladder removed when DS was 5 months old last summer. I had an attack over night (Never ever had one before) and DH rushed me to the ER.
I had it removed laproscipically..It was pretty easy.
Dr's said that it it VERY common in women who have recently been pregnant/given birth. Supposedly DS helped to "Beat my gall bladder up"...
Feel better soon!!
After you have DC #2 and are recovered, you may want to consider getting it out. I felt so much better a week later.

are you considering surgery?? The problem with acutal gallstones is if they pass into the ducts, they could cause a blockage which could cause MAJOR problems
