I totally fainted this morning. . .
*****!? & I am SO dizzy today, I actually stayed home from work. I walked into DS's room this morning, bent over to get his monkey for him and totally went down, DH jumped out of bed to help me b/c he heard me go "oh my god" but it scared the crap out of me & now I can't shake the dizziness which side note is SO NOT helping my m/s.
could I be dehydrated? I immediately ate something but it hasn't helped.
*update
I went to the doctor.
It was my blood pressure and I'm remaining dizzy b/c my body is sill trying to recover since I actually had passed out. He said I have healthy blood pressure if I wasn't pregnant and that I'm borderline low (100/60, I was like this with Joey. They use to tell me I had a newborns blood pressure) So he said when your pregnant you now have blood flowing to your head, heart and now your uterus. So when I got up this morning, my BP was probably way lower then what it was just now and I passed out b/c the blood was flowing to the uterus and heart b/c they are always protected but not my head which caused me to black out.
Soooooooooooooo another day in the life of a pregnant lady!

How many weeks are you? I remember with DS being dizzy a lot and then for the glucose test I was anemic. THe iron helped.
This time I'm fine and didn't have any dizzy spells.
Drink lots of water and even some gatorade

well, I thought I was 8 but then they pushed me back at my appointment last night to 6 weeks 4days.
This is the second time I've been dizzy but never passed completely out.

Its probably your blood pressure, I used to get lightheaded and almost faint with Eddie, A LOT.
Its bc your heart is working extra hard to produce and keep up with the extra blood production. The fact that you bent over when it happened means it was probably your blood pressure.
Did you call your Dr?
God, I swear, you have all of the worst pregnancy symptoms. Poor thing.

I had perfect blood pressure yesterday, she was even impressed with it!! ugh. lol I can't deal with myself.

This happened to me about 4 times in one week ( my doc eventually pulled me from work at 37 weeks bc of it ). I would break our in a sweat from head to toe and go numb and pass out. My doc said some women believe it or not do pass out during pregnancy.
1. stay hydrated
2. watch your sugar intake
3. baby can be sitting on a nerve so lay down immediately and drink fluids on ur side inhopes of moving the baby.
Good Luck and as soon as you feel an onset sit down!!

Ditto -- it could be any one of these things
Low iron is another one.
Be careful whenever you bend down that you aren't doing it too fast and all the blood is rushing.

side note- if you ever feel like this, you should always lay down (NOT sit up) If it's still not helping put your legs up. He also said gatorade and lots of FLUIDS!

I got really winded and light headed but never actually fainted right in the beginning. Your hormones are like a diuretic right now (you're probably peeing a lot), and you have to drink drink drink!!! But def call your doctor too.
