I believe it. Worked big time for me too!! I never had the 3-4 cups though.

I am having a hard time remembering to drink it. I HATE hot beverages in the summer and its just one more thing I have to remember to do. Not to mention I leave it steeping for 15 minutes like you are supposed to and I always forget about it.
