My 6 yr old dd and 4 yr old ds still take baths together...they always ask if they can bc they like to play together...I see nothing wrong with it.

Re: I think I already know the answer to this but curious what others think...
mine are 5 and 3 and bathe together...with no issue whatsoever about body parts etc. i am on my own most of the week and exhausted by the end of the day so throwing them both in the tub together is easiest. i am surprised by those who think age 4 is the oldest it would be "ok" to bathe them together. but i think it depends on your situation. they have a great time just playing with their bath toys and it is what it is. obviously they won't be bathing together forever! to me they are still little enough and it works just fine.

Can I ask what exactly is so bad about two kids seeing each other's private parts? I mean, they are kids, not sexual at all.
I wouldn't let it go till they were 10 and 8 but what's the big deal? I truly don't get it. No to be gross, but it's not like they are playing with themselves in the bath. They are getting clean and playing with bath toys.
At some point small children need boundaries.

In holding in as long as I can bc it's just so much easier to bathe them together! DD is 4.5 and DS is 13m . DD has questioned his privates and I explained the difference and she hasn't brought it since
