I really don't get my DH- are all men like this?UPDATE
so DH just calls me- he was lost on his way to an interview
he wants me to map quest it for him
I told him just to press my tele-aid button (same thing as on-star) and they would locate him and tell him how to get there
he says- he wont do that- he doesn't believe in it
that has to be the dumbest thing I have EVER heard
UPDATE- my directions paid off- DH just got the job- and it's a huge step up for him!

My DH is like this.....
He was in FL for an interview (w/o me) and called me (in NY) to tell him how to get somewhere. We'd been in FL previously a few months before and he wanted to go to a restaurant we went to. He also called me for directions on how to get to the mall.
I'm very good w/ directions, he's a guy!

I bought myself a GPS. I no longer have a need for a wife. Divorce papers to be served imminently. Anyone know a good divorce attorney?

I just laughed so hard that I almost spit out my coffee. That's something that my husband would say, although he also doesn't believe in mapquest. It's Hagstrom's for him all the way.

I pay alot of $$ for that service and I love it-
I told him he is putting extra miles on my truck b/c he is stubborn
but then he found it
he is worst with directions- I am starting to think we shouldn't move to weschster- he would get so lost there

 my DH doesn't believe in GSP either - there is no hope for me
my vows should have read something like this....
I, Beth promise to always have directions ready, know where the car keys, cell phone, wallet are at all times and be on call 24/7 to answer all questions
good thing I am home sick today- g-d forbid I am in a meeting when he calls- then all hell breaks loose

I must run in an unusual circle of women.... The vast majority of women I know are either bad or horrible with directions. I pretty much always know where I'm going. I always thought it was women who didn't know directions, which is why when they *think* they are lost, they want the man to ask for directions, even if he knows where he is going.

I am actually pretty lucky in that DH & I both have a great sense of direction. We travel off LI by car a lot, and if we miss a turn or get on the wrong parkway we are usually very quick to find our way again without help.

I get phone calls at work all the time. my Dh doesn't pull over though he continues to drive and when I answer the phone he screms "Quick DO I WANT WANTAGH PARKWAY NORTH OR SOUTH" I have no idea because I have no idea where is going so when i ask where are you trying to go he will just say "oh too late I passed the exit" and hang up. I think we will be needing a GPS very soon.

My DH won't use mapquest either. If he needs the directions, he asks me to Mapquest for him & then I have to explain the Mapquest directions to him because he is terrible with parkways.
