I need some hugs
My brother and SIL are fighting horribly over the news of their baby having Down's. He has been on a drinking binder, talking crazy, making everyone worry about him because he does not want this child to suffer in life and he feels he won't be around long enough to make sure he is taken care of (he is 42) and they cannot agree on what to do and they are talking divorce. My heart breaks for this baby.
DH and I are fighting because he thinks my brother is being a jerk (which he 50% is) and because yesterday I made a face when he was working on his motorcycle instead of the nursery BUT he is working on his bike to fix it so he can sell it so we can get $$$$ not to ride it. I didn't say anything (see relationship post) but he is still mad.
DH has a piece of metal in his eye for 2 days now and can barely see (he has no medical insurance). Hopefully I can get him to the walk-in today.
Our cesspool or something is broken and we are trying to figure out where the heck it is so we don't rip up our entire yard. In the meantime we cannot use water in my house.
My uncle is starting chemo on Tuesday.
And all of this 1 WEEK BEFORE MY SHOWER.
I just don't know if I can take anymore. I am usually so put together and upbeat but all this is wearing me down and all I want is to not fight with DH.

OMG, I am so sorry your family is enduring all of this at the same time 
lots of hugs to you... things WILL get better eventually. Definitely try to find some way to get your DH to a dr... letting that go could have permanent reprocussions......

Sorry to hear about all this. Take a deep breath and try not to stress; I know, easier said than done.
Regarding the baby having Down's, that is a very challenging and tough decision. It is very personal, and in my opinion, nobody should be judged based on what decision they make. It is so sad that it even has to be made and I am not surprised it is affecting their marriage - they are probably both going through so much emotionally and are unsure of what to do. I am sure they will get through this, it will not be easy, but they will make the decision that they feel is right.
Hope your DH is better w/ his eye 
Hang in there, you have a lot of emotions going on as well I'm sure, you are soon having a baby!!
