I just saw the first cricket of the season in my basement
I HATE THESE THINGS!!!
I just went down to take laundry out of the dryer, when I saw a cricket sitting on top of a dryer sheet that was on the floor in front of the dryer door. I almost screamed because I didn't expect it.
I hate the end of summer for this reason. They all start to come into my basement and torture me!!!!!

I hate crickets too. Haven't heard or seen any around here thankfully!

I hate hate hate crickets.
That is the bug I am afraid of. I would take on a spider or a mouse any day if I never had to see crickets.
I have found 2 in our basement this weekend. grr...

there was one outside on my patio table today, i trapped it in a cup & fed it to my chickens they think crickets are yummy, maybe you should get a chicken & keep it in your basement
