I have the worst sore throat
Does anyone know what is safe to take......if there is anything? I took tylenol but it didnt do anything

yeah I have one too and the gargling seems to help. . also gargled with VERY diluted hydrogen peroxide which is supposed to help kill germs. .
chloraseptic spray can help too!

def do the salt water gargle and drink lots of tea with lemon/honey.
Also, Ginger helps the throat alot. If you have any ginger root, just boil some water and drop the ginger in there sliced and let the water soak up the taste...I add some lemon and sugar and drink it. It always helps my sore throat.
