I have the worst sore throat
Ahhhhh - my throat is so scratchy and achy. I have to make it to Monday before I can call the midwife.....anybody have any home remedies????

I first gargle with very warm salt water - think sea water...
Then I make a mixture of honey and lemon - less lemon than honey (you want like a thick syrup consistency) and take a couple of tablespoons of that every couple of hours.
It usually helps when my throat is sore....
Feel better!!!!!!!!

I do the same and drink some hot decaf tea with real lemon and honey. Feel better, being sick while PG stinks!

my mom swears by apple cider vinegar and water. You can gargle with it and swallom some too. feel better!!
