I have a stupid question - sorry
I see some of you ladies say things like, "I didn't ovulate this month"
Don't you need to ovulate to get AF? Sorry, I am so dumb when it comes to this stuff

Maybe what they mean is that they never got a + on an OPK? But some girls actually just have annovulatory cycles when they don't ovulate. And yes, during those months you cannot get pregnant. You can tell if you ovulate by using OPKs or by temping. HTH!
