I have a cold
I caught a cold trapsing around Manhatten for my sisters bachelorette party on saturday. I just had a sore throat but today, I feel like I have a full blown head cold. I am all stuffed up and even my ears hurt a bit and I feel like a have a fever (but I don't) KWIM?
I want some MISO soup from my sushi place. That's ok to eat isn't it? I was always under the assumption that it is pretty healthy. Anyone know?

Feel better!!! I just got over a full 2 week cold and it was the worst so I know how you feel. Not sure about Miso soup but if you can't have that maybe some chicken soup will help you feel better too!!
