shoe Q....how far into "winter" or cold weather do you wear sling backs or d'orsay style pumps
meaning, do you stop showing ANY skin on your feet after a certain point, or is all fair as long as the toes aren't freezing?
I saw a few nice pairs of heels in both styles yesterday, but wasn't sure of I could carry them into Dec/Jan/Feb
(inclement weather notwithstanding)

I will actually wear close-toed pumps with a little skin showing until it's FREEZING outside.

I wear them unless there is snow... on snow days, I wear my nice boots.

I think I retire my sling-backs around early October, once the weather gets too cold.
My feet are always cold at work, so I opt for pumps or boots Oct thru March-ish.
