Have the technician write what the baby is on a piece of paper...and seal it in an envelope. Then if you both decide you want to know, you can open the envelope.

I say find out.. I 100% didn't want to know than when I found out I didn't regret my decision one bit.. I can't believe I thought I wanted to not find out in the first place. I say if you are that on the fence about it you are going to find out, it will be too tempting when you are there..

DH just started the sheriffs academy so he cant miss any days, AT ALL, so this is exactly what i'll be doing... I found out last time and cant wait to find out this time!!

When I had mine done I asked if she could do this and she said they didn't do that. I hope your does. SO we took the plunge and asked what her to tell us.

If you are not sure then wait until another appointment. You can't take it back once you do but you can always find out right up until delivery (they'll probably write it in your chart).
We found out, but knew that we wanted to all along and loved knowing.

I was a Team but think both ways are exciting! I actually also knew I was having a so I wasn't really "surprised" when I gave birth (it just confirmed my instincts  )
