i hate car shopping! please recommend your car...
DH and i are just about fed up with the whole car hunting/buying experience. we came really close to getting a car last week but just felt like they were hustling us at the signing table so we walked. i just feel like theyre sneaking all of these unncecessary fees on us and we're gonna get $uckered.
please, oh please, put me out of my misery and recommend your car... and perhaps a car dealer that will treat me like a person and not just a dollar sign.
has to be 4 doors, decent on gas, and under $30k.

Toyota RAV 4 LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
its a small SUV... its got lots of room, but its still good on gas- i get about 24 mpg in town, and then even better on the highway on long trips. DH is 6 feet tall, and i'm barely 5 feet tall, but we're both comfortable driving it... nice adjustable seats.
to me, its perfect- its got the room of an SUV, but its good on gas like a car...

We bought a Ford Fusion. We love it. It has really good safety ratings & its pretty good on gas.

we already have 1 suv so we would like a roomy 4 door sedan. no kids yet but we want the 4 door cause we plan on TTC soon. we dont travel alot long distance with the cars, just basically to and from work and errands, etc. and we dont have alot of gear now, but hopefully when a baby comes we will.

I have a Honda CR-V so you don't need that.
If I did not have my car I would have a Honda Accord.
Good size sedan
4 doors
Good gas mileage.

Toyota Camry!!!!
I inherited my dad's when he could not longer drive, then I had to get fancy and buy a luxury high end auto... I can't tell you what aggravation that "luxury" car was I was at the dealership at least every three weeks
After my lease (thank God I did but wouldn't do it again) was up I returned to Toyota and bought another Camry in less than 10 minutes.
I told the salesman I felt like the "prodigal son" and will never leave Toyota again... if in 10 years time Toyota only makes scooters then you'll see me on the NSP commuting on a scooter

Toyota Matrix and I love it. You can fit so much in it! I get more in it than I used to get in my Chevy Trailblazer.
Gas mileage is very good and you can get it with alot of extras for under $20

I  my Toyota Prius, I average 51 MPG its VERY roomy for a car its size. It handles really well, its safe & fun to drive.
I paid around $25k with lots of extras.

Great gas mileage and was able to buy it cash (2 years ago) b/c it was only priced at $14K

My mother has one and I will say it is a great car! She averages 26 mpg.

Mazda6. I bet you'd get an awesome deal on them right now too as the new 2009 is completely remodeled. I have the hatchback (2006) with a V6 and love it. Get's pretty good mpg too.

do you fit both your carseats in the camry with no problem? we have one  on the way and hope to have another shortly thereafter and we are considering a camry. thanks!!
