I cant lose these 5 lbs for my life
Im getting SOOOO frustrated. I workout 4x a week and eat well. Why hasnt my weight budged AT ALL??????
Im the EXACT same weight i was during the summer when i ate like crap an was working out 1-2x a week

Try changing up your diet a bit........
Eat 5 small meals to help speed up your metabolism. You may need to eat more b/c you're working out so much.
