ok I need to lose 10 lbs- help!
I am very petite, so even gaining 10 lbs looks like alot of weight gain. I am looking thru pics of a wedding i was in last week and i want to 
i blame the 10 lb weight gain on BCP! i run at least 3x a week for a half hour or more...i havent gone to the gym as much, but i am pretty musclar (i am active, fh and i dont like to sit around).
my eating habits stink! i work in an office, and most of them are guys..who eat alot!
any tips/advice would be great. I definitely already know i need to drink more water!

I think it's more your eating habits
I am 5'2- and pretty muscular- I need to eat good at least 80% of the time to not blow up
I just switched pills to Yasmin- and lost 3 lbs with out trying- what pill our you on?
but if I worked in an office like you- I would start packing your lunch and healthy snacks like fruit and I like 2% cheese - trader joes has string cheese with 50 calories a stick- and it's good and filling
I also stopped getting take out food al the time with Jake- he eats like the guys in your office- I cook very healthy for dinner
I haven't worked out they way I used too all summer- it's just been too hot- and I still OK

im on Orthotricyclen lo - im going in september maybe i'll switch. ive heard people lose weight on Yasmin.

I was on that- I gained wieght
try the yasmin- my chest grew and the rest of me shrunk-

mine did too on otc lo - but i went from a d to a dd. needless to say i really dont want the girls getting any bigger. im 4'11 for christ sake, im about to fall over!!

oh boy - you don't need them any bigger- I could still use some more-
have you tried to the HIIT running on the treadmill instead of just running
I do that now- it's hard- but it works

after a while long runs don't do much- in terms of challenging your body-
I try to do 1 a week , plus 2 sessions of HIIT
