I cant believe it!!!
I am so mad. I was starting the OPK today. And i have been holding in my pee since 12:00 so i can test at 4:00, and i just went to the bathroom without even thinking!!!! now what do i do test 4 hours from now?? And hold it in startingall over again?? Help!!

i think if you wait 2 hrs you will be fine. That is what i used to do!

I use to do 2-3 hours depending on the day & use to get +'s. I would say you could test by 4!!!
