We have them but we mostly use them for DS school stuff. Like field trips, book orders and other things. We also use them for any Dr that doesn't take credit/debit cards.

I have checks simply for copays at the peds office and to pay for my daughters lunch at school..other than that I havent written a check in years.

I use paper checks for gifts & random medical bills. Everything else is electronic. The box of checks I have could last me 10 years.

I haven't written a check in at least 2 years. I use my check card for all Dr. offices and shopping, I even use Visa gift cards instead of checks for gifts.
