I used to get that a lot. It's just the way my face is, even if nothing is wrong. Same with my mom. The best is when my HS chemistry teacher called me "Smiley" - nice huh?

Ugh. I hate that.
The day I spent trying my best not to cry all day because a close co-worker died, some guy on the train said "Smile. Come on, you look like your best friend died."
Who the h3ll are these people to command people to smile?

Talk about the worst situation....
My mother in law passed away at home in front of me, my DH and FIL and after coming back from the hospital I ran to the bagel store and a bunch of guys were in a Lilco truck and the guy yells out "Smile Honey It's Not That Bad". I replied with "Uh...right now it is! ".
Sometimes people don't mean any harm and just say things at the wrong time.
