i am so upset and have to vent...
I have been using the CBFM and for the past 2 days I have had 2 bars. Anyway, this morning I didnt pee on the stick correctly...it still read 2 bars but I am so mad at myself!!!  Is this really going to mess me up for the month?? I hope not..this so stressful

Genna,
Is this your first time using it? or do you know about when you ovulate? Check your CM and if you are EWCM BD or perhaps BD just in case. I always pee in a cup rather than the stick. That way you can save your FMU until you get it right.

Thank you! I was thinking about peeing in a cup starting tomorrow. This is the first time using it so I shouldnt get myself all crazy...
