Don't you know cats steal babies breath!
I hope this is a joke.

I use to be a nanny for a family in FL. The 5 year old was at the stables horsebacking riding...pet a cat there...cat scratch fever. Very sick, had swollen lymphnodes.

Re: I am so sad- all these posts about having to give up pets
I would give up my pet is if she became aggressive towards my children and attempted every other avenue . I don't see that happening , she is a mush.
I think there are other cirumstances, an animal that cannot be house trained for whatever reason, as much as I love my dog if she ****** everywhere and was distructive and a trainer could not help, then I would also have to find a home for them.
I think its sad when people give up their pets for reasons like moving to a building that doen't allow pets , or they move out of state. I don't think these types of people truly bonded with their pet the way I have . I am obessed with my dog and cannot imagine life without her.
