I am so confused-PLEASE HELP!

I got my AF on the 19th of last month. WHich means I am due the 19th of this month.
Sopposedly I was to ovulate/fertile around Dec 2-6th however my OPK were neg (I even got a pinch of pain on the 2nd dec). Then I did OPK on the 8th,9th,10th and even this morning the stick said I was testing positive (the test line shows up immediately before the control line). What gives-why would the stick give two lines indicating I have hormones still present after almost 3 days????

I don't understand the question.... If you were sure you were going to O the 2-6, why did you do the OPKs later? What made you think you were fertile 2-6 (are you charting, checking CM, etc)?

If you registered a + on the OPKs today, start BDing, you may actually have had a delayed ovulation and will do so in the next day or so. OR if you DID ovulate say, on the 2nd, you MAY actually be pg- which would give a + result on an OPK.

Thnak you so much. I didnt get a postive on the weekend of the 2nd ( I was positive I was ovulating due to the pain I get each month by my ovaries and the ovulation calculator charts--BTW the OPK was testing negativel)

But just to be sure I continued testing and it showed a surge of the 8th and the line is still strong up until this morning...
I am trying to hold out until the 19th grrr

Luckily we BD both weekends :)

OK- your LH surge shouldn't (although I could be wrong) last 3.5 days- did you lose the surge this morning?

If you still had a +OPK this morning, you MIGHT want to retest with a HPT- there's a chance you DID O earlier in the month and might be pg. Although, if you can wait til the 19th, more power to ya!!!!

How long are your cycles normally?

My cycle is 30 days and it was showing a surge this morning but just got home and peed again-its gone.
And you know what ladies you may be right. I may be preggo or I hope so.
