MrsPornStar Partners in crime Member since 10/05 14656 total posts Name: Mama	I am officially here! DH and I are now officially TTC. We're not telling anyone in our families. I am supposed to start my new pack of bcp today but I am not going to! I must admit that part of me is petrified!! I have no idea what to do next. Any ideas, suggestions? How do I go about figuring out my cycle? Lots of to all!

I would sign up for the free trial at www.fertilityfriend.com - start temping every morning ...I highly recommend it as it gives you a better sense of what your body is doing and it shows you when you ovulated, etc.

I didn't do anything to chart my first month off BC (which I just completed), I got AF on CD (cycle day) 36 instead of 28 as I am used to. I will chart starting this month. www.fertilityfriend.com is a good resource too!

Also, Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great book to read, it gives you a big understanding of your body as well as this whole process. I would also start taking some Folic acid My dr started me off with 400mg a day. Good luck & to you

I've been off BCP since May though and track my cycles on both fertility friend and mymonthlycycles.com for free. They really helped me figure out my schedule and I'm using OPKs to figure out my O day now.
