I am NOT...
...preggo. I am not "prego". I am not "preggers".
I am PREGNANT, people!!!!!!
Why must we use 3 year-old words to describe one of the most beautiful things in the world??!!!! 
Girlfriends keep asking me, "SO, has it hit you that you're preggo yet?" AGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! 
Does this bother anyone else?? Please tell me I'm not alone on this.

i say preggo because pregnant sounds so awkward to me  i do, however, cringe at
"preggies"
but you're not alone - i know many people who are bothered by it!

I WOULD, however, get PO'ed if someone started calling me preggo or preggers instead of my name

At first, it drove me insane! I was like where is this new lingo coming from? But then, I realized that's what comes with new generations and what not, so no it doesn't bother me anymore, although I use the word pregnant because it seems more adult and considerate.

I wish it was from LIF!!! he abbreviates EVERYTHING...his frends call him BD not by his full name ever since college and ever since college he just does acronyms for everything...for instance, in stead of saying something is Not good, a no go, he uses NG....I think our child will not speak in full sentences
