i am losing hope..

today is 14 dpo...i was good and waited to test and bfn..

i cant even say not out till af comes bc i am on progesterone and i know it can delay af

i am just hopeless...

1 year..it has been 1 year..

i am tired of

medicines that make me feel sick

sticking my self with needles every single day

sleeping with supposotires inside me at night

hearing of another pregnancy(and yes i know that is dumb lol)

most of all i am just sick of disappointment..for me and dh..i just do not know what to door say anymore

i feel like i have been on here forever..and i kow some of u guys have been here longer..and new faces come and go and i am still here

just having a pity party for myself..sorry to be a downer

Aww Gina please do not lose hope! I know how you feel. Just do your best to try and stay positive. Allow yourself a day or two pity party and then just jump right back in. Or if you need to take a cycle or two break do it. Just please do not give up hope. If you need to talk, vent or just scream call me!

You will get to that BFP some way, some how. And when you do I am going to be soo soooo soooo happy!!!!

I just got off the phone my SIL. She's been sick and had surgeries left and right for her colitis. It's been 2 years and she asked me for an opinion on seeing an RE.

I just feel so terrible for her. It's probably scar tissue that's her problem but I'm no doctor. If she called me and told me she was pregnant, I think she's the only one I know i'd jump for joy over (and other people on here I see that have been taking the long road...lol). I've had issues with my back and minor procedures myself, so I have ask myself why I'm so surprised TTC is an issue.

It's been 8 months for me. I climbing right behind you. Don't give up.

I wish there were words I could say to make you feel better I am just really sorry...I cant even imagine what you are going through but dont give up. You're time will come

The year mark is definitely a hard one. I think that might have been one of my worst.

I did pick myself back up after that and made sure I found the right Dr that would get me the answers I needed.

Cry pout do whatever you want.....you deserve it. Just take a few days and then pick back up. Some of our journeys are long but I believe it will work out in the end for us.

it took me 18 months and a year of medicated cycles. unfortunately you get used to it. that doesnt mean it hurts any less each cycle, but you do learn to just accept your IF journey. acceptance and finding positive ways to deal with the emotions were a bigger battle than sticking myself with needles. tomorrow ill be 22w preg and I STILL stick myself every day just to stay pregnant. so IMO learning to deal with the emotional day-to-day is SO MUCH more important. the needles and the meds, they come and go - but they have a purpose - to get you a BFP. so try to just take it one day at a time and just accept the journey. i know its easier said than done, but when you do get that BFP it won't matter at all how you got there!!

I kind of know how you feel, I am on cycle 8 and am probably out this month. For some reason this cycle has been the worst because I am super depressed more so this time.

You just have to keep going. Life just keeps going on regardless of how you feel, so you just take each day as it comes.

You will definitely be a Mother some day, one way or another, so you have to hold onto that!

I know it's hard not to lose hope when you have been trying for so long I am on month 10 and it's not getting easier. I'm sure the year mark is extra difficult. Try and see it this way, you have gotten 12 months closer to your BFP. Hopefully the end of your TTC journey is near!

i'm so very sorry.
My bff went went through a lot of infertility issues for over a year. She actually didn't talk to me for over a year, because i had become pregnant during her difficult time and it was too hard for her to be around pregnant people.
She ended up getting pregnant through ivf, but i think it took on the 3rd try, and prior to that had tried a bunch of other things.
And NOW she is a few months along with dc number two. Just wanted to share that story with you.
Your day will come too, and when it does, you will savour every minute of being pregnant.
I truly hope you get your bfp soon.

I am so very sorry. I know you might not want to hear this but I have two good friends who went through months and months of infertility. I would be on the phone with them many times while they cried telling me they would never have children. Now one has three kids, the other has two. I haven't been in your shoes so it's easier for me to say this but please try not to give up hope! I hope your BFP is just around the corner

So Sorry Gina!!! Some months are more difficult than others. Im sure this year mark was a tough one aspecially after having your hopes up from a medicated cycle

In this day in age any woman who wants to have a baby.. WILL. Some how, some way. Being patient is so hard and remembering to count blessing is equally difficult but it's the only thing that gets me through.

Def stomp your feet, scream and yelll, fall apart if you need to. It's only another 2 weeks until you can start trying again

I am sorry you are feeling sad, but please don't lose hope. I know (from experience) a long TTC journey gets harder every month. We all feel your sadness in one way or another. You will get through this.

i am so sorry gina. don't give up hope! I know that it is hard sometimes, but just know that one day you will have your little baby in your arms and it will all be worth it.

Stay strong.. I know its hard but giving up and losing hope is not good for you.. you will have your LO soon.. think happy thoughts, stay positive. With all the BFPs around you, it can't be easy.. but the end result will all be worth it..

Awww Gina...I am so sorry. I can't imagine how difficult and frustrating and just exhausting this all must be. Don't lose hope. You WILL get your BFP and when that day comes (I hope its super soon) it will be the most incredible and WELL DESERVED feeling. You are going to be an amazing mommy and the struggle that you are facing now will make you love your little one that much more. Hang in there sweet pea...love you

I definitely know what it's like to feel like it's just never going to happen. It's horrible. But like pp's said, give yourself the time you need to be sad and miserable. Then get back in the game and try to be positive. It's such a rollercoaster, but you have to believe that it WILL happen for you...and it's going to be amazing when it does!
