Probably some ahole had her in the house, fed her like crazy and all of a sudden can't "keep" her.
Or...I guess the owner could have been old and died.

I know she's really big but I think she's so cute and cuddly. My KC is about 20 pounds and I think he's huge.
He's been on a diet forever but he is just a big boy.
I feel bad for her. She probably can't even walk or groom herself well.

The cat is HUGE!
Typically cats are 10-12 lbs. but this one is 4x that size!
What I wanna know is how did the owner lose a cat this size?
And what was he/she feeding this poor cat!

According to the news story, the cat eats a normal amount--I'd guess it's thyroid-related.
