the owner is a jerk! he should have tried to keep your business or save his reputation.....he should have treated u better....i am finding more and more these days that owners of businesses are slacking in the area of keeping the consumer happy....i am glad that u posted the name so we can all stay away!!!

Oh Beth, I am so sorry! Poor guy--it's obvious they don't work with longhaired cats very often...
You should DEFINITELY file a complaint. I don't know how much you paid, but take plenty of pics and you may even want to consider small claims against them!

That poor cat looks like he has the mange!
I know a great place that does cats but they are all the way in Nesconset/Ronkonkoma - sounds like it is a little far for you??
Either way, they are Clean as a Whisker in Ronkonkoma.

I would be angry too. Your little kitty looks so mad. If they are selling pets they are more than likely puppy mill dogs.

OMG beth! That is def not a lion's cut!!! I can't believe how you guys were treated, I would be so upset. I don't know where you live now but I take suzie to clean as a whisker and they love her and do an amazing job. It is in ronkonkoma

I am going to take Pokey back to his old groomer in Bayside- they always treated him well and did a great job
I hope in a month or 2 I can get him fixed up
he still looks so cute
