how soon do you hear the heartbeat?

i have a sonogram this sunday- i think i'm 6 weeks 3 days along. Will we really hear it then?

Sometimes you can hear it that early. I first heard my baby's heartbeat at 12 weeks...and even then the dr. told me it could be too soon. So, don't worry if you can't.

you should get a sono so you can SEE the heartbeating but its so small you may not be able to hear it.

See and hear at 5 weeks, 6 days. It had just started to beat.

we were able to see and hear the heartbeat at 6w4d

We saw the Heartbeat at out 8 week appointment. We heard it at the 20 week appointment.

I have seen the heartbeat at my dr's office the last couple visits. I have not heard it yet at the dr's. I rented a doppler so I have heard it beating at home since about 9 weeks.

you should..I heard mone at 6 weeks.

i heard mine at 6 weeks 6 days

I didn't hear mine at my 7 week appt, but I'm going back at 12 (next week) and hopefully will hear it then

We didnt hear it the first appointment but we saw it.. I was about 8 weeks..
