All the time. I buy a lot of fresh produce, so every other day I'm going there for something. If I buy once a week, I over buy and end up throwing things away due to spoilage.

I try to do it every 7-10 days. I **try** to do a big shop once a month with the other weeks being milk, produce and other perishables. This way, our bill is a bit lower. I need to stop buying because something is on e sale and rather buy only what we need.

every 2 weeks. I will usually have to make pit stops in between to get milk and bread and fresh fruit, but I try to get all the bulk non-perishables and freezer items in my bi-weekly trips.

About 2-3 times a week.
eta. DH is a huge fresh food/produce guy.
Either he or I stop by the market at least that many times. It's on our way home.

I shop every weekend and do a top up at the greengrocers/fishmonger/butcher/etc during the week.
I like to support my local merchants so I try to buy meat, fish and veg from my local shops. I prefer to shop a little bit each day, but since I am back at work, I can't always do it.

i shop as often as i neeed about once per every 2-3 dinners that i cook
ususally consists of
3 meats
3 veggies
3 carbs
in addiditon to anything else i need
the bill is uaulaly about $50-60
per

About every two weeks. I only spend about $80 each visit too!!!
It is just the two of us and I am not a big eater. I get enough to last for two weeks worth of meals and a few snacks. I don't snack and DH will eat them all at once if I buy them. He is such a junk food eater!!
