I always do the spa pedi (callous remover & massage), but I don't get manis anymore. (i keep my nails short and use nailtek.)
As for frequency, sadly not often enough. Maybe once a month if that. I used to go at least every two weeks before I had 3 little ones.

mani/pedi every 2 weeks, i get a min back and leg massage with that
i try to go to my special "foot spa" (pretty sure they give happy endings in the back, but hey who am i to judge) 1x month for a one hour massage. i can't remember the last time i got a hair cut or bought new clothes that WEREN'T from tarjey

I used to go about every 3 weeks to a month when I got pedis at the nail place.
Basically it would just be for grow out, since my toe never chipped like my nails do.
I never paid for any extras though. They do rub your feet and legs with lotion for a regular pedi - that was all I needed
I really don't get pleasure out of foot massages though- I mean it feels ok, but nothing like a back or shoulder massage to me.
To me it was just eh

i get a massage with my pedi, but i do not enjoy it, so i refuse it.

Every two weeks in the summer. Winter- only if I have an event and I'm wearing open toed shoes.

Even though I walk a ton, my pedi's hold up pretty good. I can go 3-4 weeks in between. If I get a chip or break, I go sooner.
I don't get the massage...I prefer the all-out relaxing kind on a table, not in a chair with a face brace.

The massage is for your legs, not your back, at least where I go anyway. I do what they call the Luxury Spa where they remove your callouses and spend about 30 minutes massaging your legs and feet. The avg pedi usually takes about 30 minutes, but I'm usually in the chair for an hour.

Every two weeks, sometimes sooner in the summer. I always get the massage. I live in Queens and they are relatively inexpensive and to me so worth it I hate my ugly feet, the pedis help

Every 2 weeks in the summer, except for now bc I'm pregnant, I only go once a month to avoid being around those fumes.
In the winter, or the closed shoe weather seasons lol, hardly ever, I usually just clip them myself

the place I get them done charges $30 but its an hour long spa pedi with hot boots and massage. I go every 3-4 weeks..sometimes longer in the winter.
I dont get mani's though. just pedis.

Every 2 weeks or so but if I can, I get the gel and it lasts longer since i don't have a ton of time to sit in the chair..this is over the summer..over the winter...never..lol
