Re: how much would you pay to rent

The utilites are usually seperate for an entire house, I would think it cost at least $1800 plus.

it depends my parents rent a 3 bedroom one bath, kitchen, living room, dining room in Lindenhurst on the water for $1900 including heat, water, electric they only pay for phone, internet and cable.

with what your offering I could see you charging way more then $1800 more like $2200

$1800-$2200. You do have the pool. Is the pool fenced? Be very careful if you rent your house with the pool and liability.

Re: how much would you pay to rent

There are 4 recent rentals ranging from $2300 to $2400. Tenants are responsible for utilities. These were rented through realtors and each rented within a month of being listed. Hope this helps! Chat Icon

1850 + utilities, or $2200 includes all. Either way, its a steal.

I would say 2,300 a month, plus utilities.
