Going from 2 kids to 3 per hour
Kids are 2.5 twins and a 5 mo old
We pay 14/hour for 2

I would say probably somewhere around the $20 mark depending on if/how well the twins are toilet trained.

I think $20 would be fair considering the ages.....
and yes, its alot of money... we have 2 kids and at $15 an hour tend not to go out.

I'm out in Suffolk and bring my boys to a place usually. I have a 4.5 year old and a 17 mos year old and only pay $10 an hour.
For the entire day, she changes us $70 for both boys. (so thats a 630AM to 4PM)
Now, my HS baby sitter changes $12 an hour.
So I think you could get $18 an hour depending on how long and everythign.

But based on your specific situation, I'd offer 17-18

If you're paying $14 now then I'd say $16-$18 an hour would be appropriate for a third child.
I pay $11 for one but my nanny watched my 5 (almost 6 year old) over the summer without additional fee and she has a lot of perks. So depending what other benefits you offer her, I'd say the above rate is discretionary.
