None, juice has no nutrional value at all. IMO there's no need for a 10 month old to have it. DD did not get juice until she was 2.

He gets watered down juice in a sippy, but he doesn't love it.
I bought a bottle a month ago and we are still using it.

I mainly give him just water in the sippy cup with his meals. Once in awhile, I will put a splash of juice in with the water.
My MIL gave him straight juice and he hated it.

Because of GI problems my GI Doc says I have to give him 1 8oz bottle of apple juice a day. What I try to do since I've never given my other kids juice before they were 2 yrs old is I give 2 half bottles of apple juice and water.

his dr. said no juice. that being said i boil grapes and apples in water and give the water to him. it gives the water a taste but it doesn't have crazy sugar.
