How much is it to get a new toilet?
I want to cover the existing bathtub and also get a white toilet... a lot or a little?

a little - you can just go to lowes and buy a new toilet and have your tub reglazed (painted white)

New toilet range in pricing and it's actually very easy to install.

If you are handy the toilet can cost you between 100 and 200. If you want a plumber to install it add another 300 to 400. Plumbers are not cheap but the are licensed and do it right the 1st time.

Picked up a Kohler Cimmarron at HD last week - the cashier messed up and only charged us $128. The price was $259. Dont know what he did wrong but we werent saying anything to correct it

Anywhere from a cheap one for $100 to several hundred.
For $200-$250 at HD/Lowes you will get an water efficient toilet.

we might have to replace our toilet we have put so many parts in the bowl part and it still is running on and off (its 50 years old) so we checked out the toilet we really liked and to me $200 is about average. They are VERY easy to install as long as your subfloor is still intact and your plumbing is okay.
