How much do you spend on average at Costco?

Just Curious. I spent $350 there today and that is the most I have ever spent. Usually I spend under $200 but on the news they said to go and stock up so of course I did I can't believe how much the prices have gone up.

I only get certain items at BJ's bc we don't really need the "bulk" items. I usually spend under $100!!!

I usually spend $200-300, but I only go every few months or right before a holiday or party we are having. I have very specific items I buy there, a lot of stuff is actually cheaper when its on sale in the foodstore.

We go once a month and stock up on everything there. The organic milk they have is alot cheaper & is good for almost a month. We buy everything we can that will last a few weeks. Then all we have to do is stop at Waldbaums once every two weeks for a few fresh things. I try to go by myself though, if I bring DH the bill doubles!

$60-70 for bottled water ($5 for 35), paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, sandwich bags, and frozen snacks.

$100 to $200 - we said we need to go more often cause sampling all the foods is so much fun

usually around $100. we mostly go there to get dog food, so we'll stock up for a few months at a time. we also buy the bags of frozen chicken breasts, and somtimes buy other meats to freeze...
we really try to be good and buy only the things we know we'll use in bulk! otherwise, you can end up with a lot of stuff that doesn't get used...

We go usually about once a month. We only buy things we really use alot in bulk. So we usually spend between $100 & $200 depending on what DH see's and wants!!

I go 2x a month. I never seem to get out of there for under $200.

We average $200 and we got 2x per month, maybe more if we're having a party or something. We went last night because we're having a party this weekend and we spent over $300. My DH also buys a lot for his business there (that's not factored into our costs above).

We go about every 2 months and spend about $200.

I think we go 3 times a year and spend $200-$300.

Now we go every 2 weeks and seem to drop around $250 and $200 respectively. We get diapers, wipes, formula, paper towels, toilet paper, water, dishwashing liquid and detergent.

We go every other week and spend on average $100.

We usually buy frozen chicken breast, frozen shrimp, eggs, protein bars for DH.... then occasionally buy paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, american cheese.

... and of course we walk around for all of the samples!

i feel like everytime we go, we drop $200.00.
then i look at the cart and we only have about 7 items.

its crazy!

i don't go frequently, so when i do go, i buy BIG.

the three times i've gone... i spent about $500-$800.

$180-200 guaranteed.
no matter how much or how little we buy its comes to $180 or so.

$400+ easily, but we go every few months and we tend to buy a big ticket item each time we're there.

We buy very little perishables there. I find that we don't go through them fast enough and I end up tossing them because they've expired.

We tend to buy cleaning supplies, paper products, dog food and some frozen "snacky" foods. Occasionaly we buy fluids, but we primarily go to a local beverage distributor for that.

We just went on Saturday and our bill was $713!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the biggest bill I've ever had there in all the years I've shopped there... BUT we bought 2 air conditioners since we recently got married/moved in together.

If you factor out the two a/c's our bill was about $400. That's more than we usually spend, but we haven't been there in 2-3 months.

We usually buy: detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, frozen chicken, fruit, non perishable food etc. I was REALLY surprised that we spent $400 on food and house supplies because we usually only spend about $200.
