How many times per day should a newborn poop?

I cant believe how much I dont remember

I have been supplementing with formula since I had to take so many medications while in the hospital and I just realized that DS hasn't had a BM since leaving the hospital yesterday. Is this normal?? I dont know much about formula and BM's.

in the beginning tyler pooped w/ every bottle - they say they can go a day or two I believe

DS was pooping p retty much each changing if I remember correctly. he was BF (pumped) with formula supplements for the first 3 weeks.

DS was pooping 8-10 times per day until he was about 6 weeks and starting pooping once a day.

Ethan is 5 weeks old and poops once a day

My DS has always pooped once a day, sometimes twice but its rare. He's on formula but even when I breastfed he wasn't pooping all that much.

My ped said that on formula they tend to poop less frequently and that even every other day would be fine.

The BFing log I had says 4 soiled and 6 wet diapers per 24hr period. But I believe formula fed may be less b/c it takes the baby longer to digest formula.

My DD is 7 weeks old and is EBF. She has been pooping at every feeding pretty much since she was born.
