How many kids do you realistically think you will have?
Just wondering how many kids you think you will have, not how many you want. I ALWAYS wanted 4 kids, 2 boys, 2 girls. Realistically, I'm not sure if I cant handle/afford 4 kids. I might end up having 2 or 3.

I can't imagine that we would have more. We have two, a boy & a girl. I always wanted more, but people act like I'm nuts when I say that.
DH wants to be done, and as per my Mother's Day posts, we really are in no place for more kids.
There are a dozen logical reasons for being done, but that doesn't make it less sad.

At least 2 but I would really like a 3rd. I am 35 now and not even pregnant yet with #2 so we will see I guess.

We will have 3 by August.
I don't feel like we are done though. I guess we will see how it goes and go with the flow.
What I would LOVE to do is adopt a baby/toddler when my first 3 children are all in school.
ETA: voted 3 since we're sure of that, but 4 is possible.

I think it will be 3. Right now I only want 2, because taking care of DD as a newborn while running after a toddler on no sleep has been so, so hard. But I think in a few years DH will try to convince me to have another and I'll give in because I'll forget how hard this all was.

we always wanted 4 but I need to space out my pregnancies some so I'm not sure how realistic that is though we'll have at least 3 I think.

want 3, Dh wants 2. . .realistically we'll probably have 2 unless I'm like my Mom and when our 2nd child is put on a bus to go to kindergarten , have a breakdown & then have child #3! haha

I think 2. Maybe if the money situation changes, I'd have 3. But, Dh is already saying maybe 1 is enough, so IDK. I think he worries about money too. I'm definitely having 2 though.

We have one. We don't want any more at the moment and time isn't really on our side. But I love being a family of three- I feel that things are perfect.
