how many DPO am I?

so its confusing. I originally got a positive opk on CD14, then a negative on cd15, then positives on cd16 and 17. Today is CD 27. I tested yesterday and got a negative with a dollar store test. I *think* that I O'd on cd18, so today would be dpo9? or 10?

Are you charting your temp and keeping track of your CM?

I have been reading TCOYF and that seems like the only "guarantee" (not always, but more often than not) to find out when you are ovulating.

i have not charted BBT at all this cycle. I did have EWCM on CD 14-18, no real CM days 19-22 and then creamy (tmi) CM days 23-today. I for SURE thought I was out yesterday, felt PMS bitchyness take full effect over the weekend but I woke up with sore, "full" feeling boobs this am and have been crampy on and off since CD 20ish. I dont know, I could totally be making ALL of these symptoms up in my head but I never had cramps until AF is underway, usually CD2 and my boobs never change.

ugh, i hate this. I think I might just wait to test until Friday when AF is due

Hmm, ok, here's what I would say based on your info - you had EWCM through the 18th, that was the last day you had it and you had gotten a + OPK on the 16th and 17th also, so putting those two pieces of info together, I would say that you O'd on CD18. So, CD19 would be 1DPO and today would be 9DPO.

You may have gotten a +OPK on CD14 because your body was gearing up to ovulate, but then didn't. So again it geared up on CD16 and you possibly ovulated on CD18. I would start testing tomorrow, but if you can hold out until 12DPO, you are more likely to get accurate results.

thanks, that is what I assumed, i had light O cramps on sunday so I figured I o'd on sunday the 16th which was cd18. Also, i tested again on cd19 (monday) with a digital and got a negative. both of the positives on cd16 and 17 were with digitals too.

ugh so stressful. i know the chances are slim and I am setting myself up for AF later this week, but it would be nice to get a BFP to kick off the weekend
