You think? When I mail something from LI it takes at least 2-3 days just to get to NJ or Queens.

If you mailed it on a weekday morning - for ex. Monday morning, I think it would be there by Wednesday. If you mailed it late Monday, then Thursday. The mail is usually pretty quick.

About 4 or 5. When we send to Austin, it's about that long.

See this is what I thought. It's from the credit card company and I just wanted to make sure I give it enough time to come. They said allow 7-10 days? That seems excessive but I get that they want to give max time.

I always assume 5 but it usually arrives sooner. If you need it to get there sooner, I would FEDEX.

I would think the 7-10 days includes processing time for whatever they are sending

Texas has a horrible mail system. I mail stuff, and receive stuff a lot from all over the country, and Texas usually takes about a week via first class mail, sometimes longer for Priority. I don't know what the deal is there, but it's ridiculous!

The mail lately sucks. If it's stamped mail, expect a week at least.

You can plug in all the info on the post office website and find out. But, you would need to also know how long it takes the credit card company to actually mail it.

I got mail from Albany today- postmarked on 9/3. I know it was labor day weekend, but 5 actual business days to go 135 miles seems excessive.
7-10 days for business mail includes processing & they probably tell everyone the same estimate, so it for some locations it will be less time.
