How long TTC after hysterosalpingogram?
My MD told me we would have to wait 3 cycles to begin "trying" again once this procedure was over with. Could this be correct? What was your experience like because I am NOT good with any kind of medical procedure, so I am weighing it heavily right now.
Also, if you could recommend where you had your HSG I would appreciate it.

my dr. said to skip the month of the procedure, start the following month.. so basically one month.
eta: I did not get it done, this was a "casual" conversation but at NRAD was what he recommended.

I'm assuming this is the HSG test? If so, I had mine on day 7 of my cycle and I was told that there is no reason we couldn't proceed with TTC (and treatment in my case). In fact it may make you more fertile.
I didn't have any blockages or abnormalities. What is the reasoning in waiting 3 cycles? I don't think I read that anywhere.

How long TTC after hysterosalpingogram?
I had mine last week on Wednesday (2nd time). It was at the Hospital my RE works, and he told me I could start BDing the next day. He told me the procedure itself increases the chances of getting pregnant.
The first time it was on zwanger Pesiri, Plainview. That time the other RE I was seeing didn't tell me anything about waiting that I can remember.

I was under the impression that it was ok to TTC after a HSG since it is supposed to clear you out/make you more fertile.

How long TTC after hysterosalpingogram?
I had lap surgery to remove a cyst and endometriosis. While they were there, they decided to do an HSG as well. I was only told to wait until I got my first AF before TTC again and I don't think the HSG was even the reason for waiting the month.

This happened to me too! My dr said it was ok to TTC that night if we wanted! I have had the HSG twice at two different practices and both dr said go get busy lol!
