how long is hubby staying home?
how much time is your hubby taking off after the baby is born?
right now my husband is taking off 1.5 weeks when i first have her and then another week later on in the month..

It depends on what day of the week  decides to make an appearance. He only works Monday-Thursday so if the baby comes on a Thursday he won't take any extra time off.

Obviously he will be there on the day of the birth. He will not take off while I'm in the hospital but when I come home, he will take 2 weeks. I don't need him in the hospital...just at home.

2 weeks. We did not take a vacation this year so his days are banked up for Ed-lie's arrival. He is looking forward to it!

We've talked about this. I'd like him home for at least the first couple of days. I know I'll have plenty of help between my mother and my MIL.
He gets 2 weeks paternity leave that he can use anytime up to 90 days after the baby is born. I think right now the plan is he will take those 2 weeks starting the last week my mother is with us, and then the following week. (He has to take them consecutively).

he will be home with us for 2 weeks, whether that means taking vacation time or sick time (depends on if comes in august or september).

Probably only a couple of days.. at most that week of the birth and that's it.
I need him to take off the last two weeks of the year so I'd rather him save his days.
Besides my Dad will be with me.

2 weeks......maybe a few extra days depending when in the week the baby is born.  After that my mom will be taking her vacation to help me out.....at least a week and half.

3 weeks. He gets 2 weeks FLMA and he is allowed to add one week of Vaca to that.

We think a week at first, but then he is going to take off most of December cause he has alot of vacation left and needs to use it by the end of the year.
