How do you open double-hung windows?
If you have double-hung windows (and even if you don't, I have a voting option for you, too... ), how do you open the windows most of the time?
Since we have DC, I open the top half, so they aren't pushing against the screens.
Of course, if you have 30 windows, you may not open them all the same way (I open the bottom half of the kitchen window), but this poll is for the majority of windows in the house.....

It varies by room for me: Kitchen, pantry and some bedrooms - bottom half and I make sure they're all the same height because they're all in the front of the house
Family room - top half because they floor to ceiling and it keeps the kids from pushing on the screen, plus I get better air circulation.
Dining room - windows flanking frenchdoors are same as family room. We also have a standard window, but it just depends on my mood, but I primarily open the top because I don't want food on the table getting cold from any cross breezes.
Master bedroom - varies, but usually the top half. Same with master bath.
