Re: How did you and your DH decide how many children you want?

we never really decided, always said 2-4.

We have 2 and I think I could be done but DH wants 1 more. Since he is more convinced to go for a 3rd than I am that we should stop at 2, we are TTC number 3.

I don't know if it will happen-but if I'm not knocked up by my birthday, we are 2 and done.

Go figure-thought I would be the one pushing for more kidsChat Icon

3, we just both agreed.

I'd be pregnant now, if I could help it!!!

We haven't decided yet. We go back and forth. We always knew we wanted at least two - we have two. Now it's up in the air if we'll have more.

Re: How did you and your DH decide how many children you want?

I always said 2, with the option of a 3rd. I didn't feel there was any need to close the door on 3 but knew that is my limit (although I hope I can say that if/when I have a third Chat Icon )

DH has always been OK with the idea of 3 but the practical side of him said 2. But after #2 it was obvious he wasn't done.

So we'll go for a 3rd and hope after that one we agree we're done Chat Icon

Re: How did you and your DH decide how many children you want?

We always said 2 before we got married.

Then we had DS and I think both of us were hit with a huge dose of reality about what it was like to have a child. We started talking about only having 1 and no more.

Then we discussed having 1 more so that our DS could have a sibling. We were talking about when we were going to start TTC when I got pregnant with DD!

We are DEFINITELY done with 2. I honestly don't think I could handle any more!

My dh probably would have agreed to a third child but our 2 are a handful now and we want to do more things with our kids and take them more places. Kids are expensive-lol!!

He says 2..I want 4. We will see what happens in a few years. Right now we are enjoying 1.
