how bad is it
that i drink coffee everyday while ttc? and diet soda.

i wouldn't say it's 'bad' persay...but i also would suggest cutting down now....so that once you do conceive it's not a COMPLETE SHOCK to your system when you have to stop....
some doctor's say you can have one cup of a caffeinated beverage a day - but some say no...so it entirely depends on your doc...

I have one cup of coffee every morning, oye...I don't know if I can do without it. I don't drink at any other time besides the AM though.

I have switched to half caf for now. I still have a diet soda with dinner, but instead of 2 I have one reg and one caffine free.
I know it's better to begin now than try to do it all at once!

I weened myself off coffee completely. Started with going from 2 cups to one cup a day for a week...then then next week all decaf.
the first few days you get your headache and are sluggish but it wasn't bad and now im totally fine.

I'm not giving up my morning coffee until I have to.
I am keeping track of any other caffeine drinks I drink during the day.
Kinda seeing exactly how much I'm taking in.

I was drinking my coffee up until I got the BFP, and now the smell of it kills me. I say drink it until you can....I miss my coffee!

I love my coffee too much to give it up .If my Dr says I should then I will when I am preggo .
As far as soda, I am not a big soda drinker anyway but without my coffee ( which is 1-2 cups light with skim milk) I will tweak out in the am

yeah i usually always go get one when i wake up in the morning, and then ill have one sometimes at night when im going to work or when im coming home from work. i just hate the decaf. when im pregnant ill stop if i have to but now i wadnt sure if it mattered.

I don't think it is bad at all. My dr said one cup of coffee a day was fine. I did change to the foldgers 1/2 cafeine coffee when PG with DS and then was so used to it I stuck with it.
